FITNESS TRAINING
To compete at a good level squah players need to be very fit. There are many ways to acheive this and certain training you can do to become squash fit.
TACTICS & ADVICE
I can help with your in game tactics, helping you to get out of difficult situations or turn defence into attack.
GROUP SESSIONS
Group sessions are available for up to 4 people. You will obviously have to share coaching time, but it's a more economical way of coaching.
TECHNIQUE IMPROVEMENT
Struggling to hit consistently. I can help by looking at your technique and helping you to groove your swing and improving your consistency.
Practice DRILLS
Practice drills can help you improve your consistency and as a coach it also allows me to watch you and offer advice.
RACKET RE-STRINGING
Broken your strings, I can help. I can collect and restring your racket from just £15. Fast turnaround times are available should you have an important match coming up!
